I used Mc Kenna & Co recently to purchase a house. Their service was outstanding and they made what can be a stressful process so much easier. Having purchased properties in the past with other solicitors, this highlighted the level of service they give. Lisa and Rachel give an exceptional level of service and their knowledge is second to none. My experience of working with McKenna & Co. Solicitors, and Lisa McKenna in particular was excellent. It was a house sale, but one that also involved much negotiations with the mortgage lender as a significant sum was owed to the bank. Lisa negotiated on my behalf from start to finish, and succeeded in achieving a very favourable outcome for me. This in addition to all the work involved in looking after the sale. She was always generous of her time and extremely thorough in all her actions, which was a great reassurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending McKenna & Co. We found McKenna and Co. Solicitors online and we couldn't have asked for a better solicitor. Even though purchasing a home could be daunting at times, Lisa and her team were so prompt and diligent throughout the whole conveyance process and were able to assuage all our concerns and guide us through the process; they really went above and beyond. Lisa assisted us with an issue with our former landlord as they were refusing to give us our deposit back and she did everything in her power to make sure we would get back what was legally ours.
