Before You Begin
Please have the following information available where possible:
- Property address and Eircode
- Details of any mortgage secured against the property
- Property title deeds (if available)
- BER Certificate details
- Information regarding any extensions, alterations or planning permissions
- Identification documents and proof of address
Having this information ready will help you complete the questionnaire more quickly and accurately.
This tends to reduce incomplete submissions and cuts down on the back-and-forth emails that solicitors usually have to send afterwards.
