Fixed Fee Independent Legal Advice Service
We offer a fixed fee ILA service for:
€500 plus VAT (€615 total)
This fixed fee covers advice and execution in relation to:
- Family Home Declaration (FHD)
- Consent to Solicitor’s Undertaking
- Consent to Charge
- Consent to Loan Offer
- Deed of Confirmation
- Letter of Advice
What is Independent Legal Advice?
This service involves receiving advice from a solicitor acting solely in your interests and independently of any other party involved in the transaction. This is often required by banks, lenders, or solicitors where a person is:
- Acting as a guarantor
- Consenting to a charge or mortgage over property
- Signing loan or security documentation
- Entering into related financial or property transactions
The purpose of the advice is to ensure that you fully understand the legal consequences of the documents before signing.
Remote Appointments
To make the process as convenient as possible, all Independent Legal appointments are completed remotely. This allows clients to receive advice and complete documentation without the need to attend our offices in person.
